| RIGHTS AND USAGE |

| I have absolute rights to my artwork; this includes the right to post it on any of my socials and add it to my portfolio. |
| There will be an added fee(50€) if the client does not want me to post the work on my social media. |
| The client must credit me (@Neru) as the artist, or link one of my socials anytime my art is showcased. |
| Commissioned work can only be used for personal use, unless commercial rights are discussed and paid for. Refer to commercial rights to learn more. |
| Do not claim, trace, edit, copy, repost, or remove the watermarks from any of my artwork. |
| Using my artwork for NFT or AI learning related reasons is strictly forbidden. |
| COMMERCIAL RIGHTS |

| Usage of the artwork must be agreed upon before the commission is settled upon with the client. |
| Clients can however come back and purchase the commercial rights if they wish to do so. |
| Commissions with commercial rights will be prioritized over commissions with personal rights. |
| Even if a client buys the full rights to my art, the client is not allowed to claim my art as their own. |

| The client must make sure to calculate the cost in their respective currency before commissioning me. |
| Since i am a minor at the moment i will be taking payment via the throne wishlist . or paypal once i get my own account ( atm only throne ) |
| the link to the throne wishlist will be sent once the commissioner has contacted the artist and discussed about the commission and price |
| I will not begin work on a clients commission until I receive 100% of the payment. |
| Cancelations/refunds are not accepted at any time or under any circumstances. |

| PRICE NEEDS TO BE CALCULATED , I need to receive the exact amount the commission costs , shipping and taxes are on the commissioner |
